Great service. Had results of fault within 5 days. They organise report for insurers. Very happy
Roger and the team were very professional in dealing with my repair through JB Hifi Warranty. They kept up good communication and aimed to resolve the issue in the quickest manner they could. As with most technologies, it takes time to order parts etc and deal with insurers, however overall the experience was very pleasant and always polite.

I recently booked in my Samsung 64" TV that was randomly turning off and I must say I was very nervous to how much it would cost to repair but it came in at 250 so very reasonable rates. It would have been convenient if the store was open on Saturday mornings or Thursday nights but I wouldn't want to work extended hours either.. All up, I'm very happy with my experience with WSR Electronics.
RUDE RUDE RUDE - I called WSR to see if they could help me with an issue with my TV. I was unfortunate enough to speak with some Asian guy who’s command of the English language is poor to say the least. He was rude, really rude and kept cutting in, wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else in the business after I explained the problem 3 times, he still didn’t get it. WSR – You have just lost a potential new business customer!!
Very poor service so far. 10 days since our TV repair claim was made & still no word back from them as to what is the fault. Promise to ring back but never do. When you phone them, you get put on hold for 15 mins then phone goes dead. Very suspect .
Just had my tv 16 days. Did nothing. Came back the same. Every time I spoke to an Asian gentlement was waiting on something different. Liars. Said fixed, but did not do a thing. Paperwork said fixed board. Shame hisence told me it was a software issue. Then you told the good guys you tested it with foxtel 4k and yesterday you told me you did not have foxtel 4k. If you are going to tell lies remember what you say. Shame on you. Go elsewher and Cody do not respond as the only person I spoke to was Asian.
