Spent over 3000 on tool boxes. The inside shelf bracket is welded on crooked so top shelf won’t fit in. When I asked if the tool box can be swapped I was told that they have to fix this one as they don’t have new ones in stock. I said that’s fine but after explaining that I won’t be able to drop this one of as my car is out of action without the tool box due to the wiring of the central locking system for tool boxes. They said I will have to organise a courier at my own cost. After explain that this should not be the case because it is their manufacturing fault I was told in a very sarcastic voice “ok I will speak to the manager but they are in meetings all day so I don’t know when I will get back to you and then we will see if someone if driving that way in the next few weeks who can pick it up.” I said this won’t work because I need my Ute for work I was told that this is all we can do.
