This store is always really busy, food was really fresh and chips were the best. Just a shame that its a bit grubby.And peoplecant pick up after themselves when they drop things on the floor. Needed a bit more cleaning attention, like tables and seats cleaned.

Convenient location, KFC is as you would expect. The facilities are clean, heaps of parking. A great place to stop on your travels.
ordered a bacon and cheese zinger came with no bacon or cheese.. ran out of chicken what can I say.. the young kids working did a good job under pressure
I know it's not their fault when it's busy but Saturday lunchtime they should have enough staff on to cater to their customers. Lines out the door is ridiculous! Went through drive thru in about 2 mins
Even if you are hungry and have limited choices, I strongly recommend that you just keep on driving. You know a business has a problem when their toilets are cleaner than the store - yet the toilets were still dirty. We were greeted with an employee cleaning chicken cooking equipment on the front counter. The store was extremely dirty in an embedded style. Our meals were not hot enough and simple set boxes were incorrectly filled with items missing although they were far from busy. The employees there were great in interacting with each other, which is a good thing if you forget about customer experience. The sign outside says “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT NOW HIRING” but maybe it is the new management that needs to be hired.
Stopped here on the way back to Sydney, was about 8.30pm and they were closing at 9pm. Perhaps they had a busy day, but the team. I counted at least a dozen were all either operating at half pace or dreaming. Longest wait I have experienced at a KFC.
Always love this place. It's a must stop for us whenever we travel between NSW and VIC. The chicken is always fresh and cook to perfection. Highly recommended
