Great history lesson and plenty of safe space for the kids to play! I loved that you could walk and drive over the weir! Definitely hit the mark with this weir-do!

excellent park, very green and lots of information about how the weir came to be with old photos of how it was built. Plenty of room, overlooks the Murray river, and it is awesome to walk across the weir wall and look at the spillways when they are open to allow water through. Great place to watch the sunset over the river. Plenty of animal life to see, from above there are turtles, pelicans, water birds and fish hovering about. Lots of birds as well in the trees.
This bridge and surrounding area is a great tourist attraction to come to and it’s an accessible way to cross from Mulwala to Yarrawonga and take in the environment. There are also some signs around that explains the Weir and its history which is very interesting!
Beautiful spot loved the grassed areas and the white cirelkas were amazing so many of them
Nice for a drive out to see this and read up on it
Stunning spot. I’ve seen platypus in the water before, just slightly further down stream.
An engineering and historical landmark with a lovely park suitable for a picnic, wedding photography, group tours, school excursions or simply do yoga or read a book. Aside from the Visitor Information Centre, this is a MUST VISIT.
Great place to visit Thick grass for children to play and spot turtles
