I could not possibly recommend the services of Coastal home and building inspections highly enough. They'll, figuratively, tear apart any property you point them at and break down any issues they find in an easy to understand, digestible way. Paul walked us through multiple properties pointing out their flaws so we could make an informed decision. More than once, they identified issues we could not have possibly seen ourselves, preventing possibly enormous mistakes. The report provided after inspection is detailed and accompanied by handy dandy pictures. While the details are dense they're understandable enough for a normie like me to work with. A fantastic 200% job. I recently reached out to Coastal Homes and Building Inspections in hope of getting a garage door inspection completed on short notice. Not only was Paul very accommodating by fitting me in, the inspection report was easy to understand, incredibly thorough showing attention to detail and inclusion of many clear photographs. Paul took the time during inspection to give me an overview showing and explaining the main areas of concern and was honest, factual and very informative.
