I have dealt with Sales People over an investment career spanning 27 years and while biased, I can convincingly say that an agency where all the staff have been selling or living in the area for over 25 years speaks volumes. Peter, Jan & Kate love their community and the 40% market share of Homes sales says more than any review ever could.
Very nice sales staff always friendly and helpful i came in look for a big house with nice gardens and i was instantly pointed in the right direction to the house criteria that i was looking for.
Upon raising concerns about a neighbouring tenant with Yandina Realty staff the response was at best poor and worst negligent. Their staff are rude, dismissive and lack professionalism of any standard.
