The worst experience I have ever had at a Dr surgery. First Dr Mohamad Salmin Khan prescribed me a medication that hadn't been available for over 2 years neither were any alternatives so the chemist had to call him and tell him what to prescribe me. He did no testing or any of the other observations he should have done according to our friend that is a nurse. On top of this he gave me a medical certificate for one day for something that is rendering me completely useless and now I have to pay for another consult just to go in and get it extended. From here things only got worse. He showed absolute negligence and I will be doing everything I can to make sure this is reported. This man should not be working in the medical profession. If you care about your health please avoid this Doctor. Written by Matthew Avenell

On the contrary of popular belief this place has advocated it's precautions and treatments for chronic patients. Although going through some of the reviews I felt a neglect to mention the positive sides of this clinic. However, I have to agree with the opinions on the receptionists. One of them was ridiculously rude to me. Nonetheless I'm glad they sorted the problem so I can finally give this practise a good rating

Fantastic medical centre with amazing receptionists, staff and doctors and is well presented inside. All doctors provide excellent service and care for their patients, they do their best to ensure that the patients are well looked looked after and are fully prescribed with all the medications they require for certain medical conditions. I have been seeing Dr.Rafiq for 2 years and he is an awesome GP, talks really well and is very experienced and very knowledgeable in this field! He has helped me to a high standard. Highly recommended

Terrible. Waited over an hour past booked appointment time with my three year old daughter. Only when I questioned why people who were walking in well after us were being seen in front of us did we finally get to see the doctor. Will never go here again!
