Websites a bit average and phone answering is not their forte. I did better on Yamaha parts online ex syd. 2 days for a clutch and only a few hundred sheckles.

Friendly staff. Great service and importantly they don't rip off. Good stuff. Check it out

Had issue with my forks, took to several services centres, but they could not fix issue. Dropped my bike of here at YRS and they fixed my bikes issue. Really happy. Have used for general service also. Highly recommend.

Well, first time I've used them actually. Couple runs the business. They sell new Royal Enfields. They also sell a lot of aftermarket parts, at really good prices. Service was old school, I really liked the place. I'll be back for my next bike!

Seem like nice people but i am not happy with my interaction last week, was quoted 450 for a first service on a BMW R nine T. booking the service and before the service i specifically asked if they had the BMW diagnostic tools to reset the service light and run diagnostics i was told that they did and they wouldn't do it otherwise, they did not. Charged me the full cost for a service that i wouldn't have wanted had they advised they didn't have the tools, now i need to take it elsewhere in addition to paying the 450 for the service. probably great with old bikes, would not recommend for servicing newer machines.

Really bad experience, I order a seat cowl for my continental gt650 and they charged 295 55 fitting ( for two screws) , I contacted other dealerships and check the same part price and they coat me 160, again I contacted Yamaha retro and I had really bad experience, stay away from them . Thanks

Great shop great service , They go the extra mile to help with what you need. Can fix almost any bike regardless of age. Have really cool royal Enfields and 70s retro Japanese bikes.

Said he would be there to view a motorcycle didn't show. Gave me a price I made a reasonable counter offer and no reply.
