My suits came back worse than I dropped them off... suits were crinkled and bubbling in the suit collars. The shirts were crinkled looked like it had just been spun wash and dried. I was given a full refund on the dryclean and press after being given a joke of an excuse that it was due to the type of fabric. Had to go to another dry cleaners to fix it up. The professional dry cleaners laughed at how ridiculous a job was done. Do yourself a favour and go to any other dry cleaners. Honest to god, if I had photos to post you would not be impressed...
