Thanks to Lisa and Declan, they’re helpful, really care and love animals. We adopted Sawyer last Friday, were advised that he had cat flu, bone injuries and some diet issue. Surprisingly he adapted our home very quickly just after the first night, hasn’t had any issue so far. Now he gets a comfy bed and a play castle but seems like he loves my office chair more lol. He is very needing, quiet and loves being cuddled, we’re so happy of having him, thank you team.

I donated a lot of animal beds and lots of clean blankets to help with the warmth of the strays during the winter months They were very grateful and i could no longer use them as i had 2 cats and a dog put down due to old age My only problem was not knowing where to take them as every door was locked due to covid and phones not being answered in the beginning

I went there to pick up my little kitten for the first time and was met with long waiting times. We had to complete paperwork which was understandable, but waiting for someone to guide us to where our cat was took an hour,we were left standing in the cold on the patio.I visited some other cats and I was impressed at how they all have their own facilities!Cats look well taken care off but the shelter which holds cats who are sick with fever were placed right next to the cats who were waiting to be adopted.Information sheets provided much needed and detailed information. After waiting we were led back to another room witch held cats who were waiting to be picked up,looked clean and well done.Staff members are also polite from what I’ve seen, the old place(reception) reeks of cat pee.Members were polite and looked after my kitten well.

I've been taking my dogs to the vet clinic here for nearly a decade, after adopting the dogs from the shelter. I have nothing but good things to say about the vets and nurses here, and the work they do. There's something to be said about going to a vet clinic that is not for profit, you know your getting the best treatment with no inflated or unnecessary costs. I have nothing but respect for the work that the RSPCA do as an organisation.

Picked up two of our cats here, Gabriel and Sabrina. The team is very helpful in answering questions. We were allowed to see some of the cats up close and decide if they were right for our home. Great customer service and it's evident that staff are motivated and passionate about their work.

Respectful, caring, friendly and professional. We always adopt our pets from here. My fur baby is 9 years old now and we thank RSPCA for having her prior to adopting her. Wish I could adopt all the pets here.

Very kind staff, doing amazing work in animal welfare. I've adopted 2 dogs from the RSPCA and take my dog and cat to their clinic. I trust them. Unlike some other vets, they don't over service nor do unnecessary operations to pay for their BMWs. Always get good care. Average vet fees. They also have a great Foster Care team and I've fostered several kittens and cats. Received great support for any health concerns from their vet nurse.
