Very impressed with this delivery service. I ordered a light from beacon lighting and received it the same day. I was sent a text msg when they were 2 mins away to notify me they were coming and then another after it was delivered to say it was all coplete. the delivery man was very friendly as well.
Quoted 220ish for previous deliveries, invoices comes back at 290, twice. Delivered 2 powdercoated steel frames from Melbourne to Geelong (took 2 days ffs). While extremely well packed, frames appear to have been slid over a road on both sides and somehow on the inside. Provide evidence of packaging and loading and obviously there's nothing they can do as they are 'not a common carrier', BS. Really disappointed with their overall service, delivery, accountability and ability to step up when they clearly messed up. Avoid the cowboys and go a local that cares.
