Unsafe work environment, supervisor need to improve to give respect to all staff , rather than abusing them . if you are work there for few days they will not paid you and pay rates are seems underpaid compare to other competitors. Also very very high labour intensive work.

Wanted to write a review because I was a bit wary after reading the previous google reviews. I was able to easily track my delivery info on their website, it was updated when expected and I received my goods on time. Delivery guy was very polite, helpful and friendly. Happily use this company again.
Took over a week to deliver items after the initial missed delivery. Failed to deliver on the day I had rescheduled delivery, so I wasted a whole day at home waiting. Courier finally attempted redelivery but at the wrong address and was rude and unhelpful when asked to deliver to the redirected address (which I had provided because I couldn't wait around at home all week). When I finally received my order, two of the three boxes had their contents significantly damaged and I now need to return them.

My package is now 15 days past it's original estimated shipping date. The sender had already accounted for delays in their estimate so while I understand covid is an issue 15 days is excessive. I have called again and again. I was offered a delivery date yesterday and told that it would be here today. I arranged my schedule around being available for delivery and have not recieved it. I called to verify it would be here today and was told that there were no notes and that the order had not been scanned for delivery. I am at my witts end. I JUST WANT MY PACKAGE.
WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with, Most unprofessional company i've dealt with also. Ask ANYONE their shipping interstate takes 2 weeks and they do nothing but LIE LIE LIE. 0 STARS if I COULD, Ask anyone how they feel about them, ex works /consumers heck even current work staff would tell you the same.
Appalling customer service and delivered to the wrong address. The original bedding company who employed this third party to deliver had to organise a seperate delivery as XL did not return calls or emails.
