From the moment we stepped in the service was terrible. We sat on our table for 10 min without even getting menus. After that the good did take quite some time and with 7 of us it came out at very different times. We had to ask for plates 3 tones before going and getting them ourselves in which we got saucepans that could barely fit any food. Save thing happened with a soup... We were given chop sticks and had to ask a few times for bowls and spoons. Enough about the terrible service... In all honestly the food was not great at all. It was very basic and lacked taste. There was nothing good or authentic about they place. I would highly recommend other places in the area as it is a total waste of time and money.

7 of us went out for dinner there for the first time. Food was great and the meals were very generous in size. Unless you are hungry you will struggle to do an entree plus a main. I've read some of the poor reviews here and to be honest, if you are after gold star service go pay the dollars if that is what floats your boat. Staff were courteous and for the money, I was impressed. Will definitely go there again.

Thank Goodness this place closed down, and for good reasons to. The food and service was simply horrible. No idea on how to do good Vietnamese food, a embarrassing restaurant to the Vietnamese food in Melbourne. Was told the owner is the same as the green grocery in Sanctuary lakes shopping center., But that shouldn't matter, obviously he had no idea about the hospitality industry. Hopefully someone with experience and A hands on capability can restore the proper way of doing Vietnamese food which all Melbourne loves. Simply love Vietnamese food and culture.

This is very nice place, not many people though by that wasn’t a big deal. Service was great and the food was fantastic! The staff seemed nice so I reccomend this place. I saw a couple reviews about bad staff but I had great staff. Maybe it depends on whoever is working.

The food is nothing like the pictures on the menu. Don’t order Vietnamese tea as it smells like dirty socks and doesn’t taste any better. Tell them you won’t be back because the food was awful. Their response ok then. Worst place ever for good

Never seeing anyone in this restaurant should have warned us. Asked for satay chicken egg noodles. Actually got 20c worth of plain 2 min noodles with 3 pieces of thin carrot. On top was 3 chicken skewers the length of my finger that i couldnt bite through, it was like rocks!!, with maybe a quarter teaspoon of disgusting satay sauce. My friend took it back. She ordered chicken wings and they were raw!! And the soup... Dirty water with so much salt and star annise it was inedible. We kindly let the girl know and went to pay and she knocked 1 dollar off the bill. Will NEVER go back. The worst restaurant i have ever set foot in.

Nice food however we got the food after the table that arrived after us already left and the soup we ordered was regular noodles. Also one on us got a food when the other almost finished eating. Kind of unacceptable.

Went there for dinner tonight. I really wanted rice vermicelli with sugar cane prawns. That dish I always order in Vietnamese restaurant in Footscray. Today we didn't want to drive there as it was a bit far for us. It was a mistake! So I ordered this dish and 10 minutes later the waitress came and told us that they sold prawns out. My husband wanted a second bowl of rice and the waitress told him that they didn't have more rice. Service was not good. Seemed like people who were working there didn't care about customers much. My husband asked for a bowl of rice several times. I believe, the waitress and man at the bar were arguing loudly with each other in Vietnamese. Food taste wasn't too bad, just average, for sure not as good as in Footscray. In the end, they charged us 11 more than should. Likely, my husband noticed it and they did a refund. Please check carefully how much you need to pay before you pay! Never again. My goodness, what a waste of money!
