Hassle free quote and installation of my venetian slat blinds in 4 rooms. All looks great, good price. My installer Bill was fantastic, no fuss, got the job done quickly, accurately and with no mess. Minus one star for Wynstan's diabolical brand marketing. Working in the industry it pained me to choose them as a company. The logo looks like a dodgy clip art from Microsoft Office in 1995. All the hot pink, oddly camp voiceover on TVC and radio and the bizarre almost circus like hold music on their sales hotlines. It makes the brand look cheap and tacky. Therefore I thought the product and service was going to be rubbish - and it was the opposite. Not Five Dock branch's fault but its time for a brand overhaul Wynstan!

Very happy with Wynstan Five Dock. Great Advice when quoting for the best way to make the house secure with Crimsafe. Damien did a fantastic job with the installation. Customer service gets a ten out of ten. Fantastic service. Thank you!
Bought a few windows and a door from these guys as they were the “Crimsafe experts”. The door was measured incorrectly and they had to Remake it and come back 4 times to install it properly as the installation by their certified contractor was rubbish. A couple of years down the track and thousands of dollars spent at this store the latch for the door is falling off as the screw wasn’t drilled in properly from the original install. They refuse to fix this asking for me to pay them to come and repair. Would stay away from them. Many other stores out there that offering same product and better quality with better after sales support.
First rate. Every stage of the process went smoothly, for both the quote and the installation. Any questions I had were dealt with, and no mess was left. The shutters look great. Highly recommended.
Happy with the security door installed at the front door. Not happy with 2 bright silver screws attached to the bottom of the door which really stand out
Showroom DOES NOT return phone calls!! Poor Service!
