The test of a good travel agent is the ability to assist and change a flight on the go when you are away and an issue comes up. Am in PNG, I asked Helloworld Wynumm for a flight change so I could get home. Was quoted 150 change fee. Price ended up being 750 as it took them several hours to even look into it once I confirmed. Some 6 hours later still have no flight information from them (even though I can see it online in my Qantas account). The change is something I could have done in 10 minutes had I booked the original flight. As a business we travel a lot - gave these guys a chance for good solid ongoing business.
Deanne and her team organised our latest trip O/S and we cannot thank them enough for the awesome job they did !! Will use again !
