We recently purchased a 2020 Nissan X Trail from Barton’s Wynnum. It was a great experience and we are very happy with the car. Kyle was the salesman we dealt with. He was patient, knowledgeable and a good communicator. Corinne helps us through the financial side of things, who is also fantastic to deal with. Great experience dealing with Bartons so far. Jason Price, sales consultant, was really helpful even though I could see he was busy. He made time for me to sort the colour for my Nissan X-Trail and followed through until and after delivery. He showed me where service department was located and arranged 1 month inspection before I left. All the support staff were very helpful. No hard sell here! I liked the little video telling me that my car was ready for pick up.

Picked up my new i30 N Line yesterday from Barton’s Wynnum. It was a great experience and we are very happy with the car. Christian Manning and Chris Costello were the salesman we dealt with. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. Corinne helped us through the financial side of things, who was also fantastic to deal with. Just picked up my Triton today, ordered it in September after delays from COVID. Geoff is an absolute legend, constant emails and updates through the months long wait, but it was all out of their control. I couldn't recommend Geoff enough - easy to deal with, knows his stuff and doesn't just let you sit and wonder where you're at... top job mate!
From start to finish Bill our salesperson has been helpful, willing to follow up on questions we had with the car. The after sales service with the Triton has been fantastic. The added extras with all pre-owned vehicles are practical bonuses, like the key register tag if you ever lose them is an awesome idea. Shout out to Candice who made the hand over seamless and fun on the day.

I would like to take the time to acknowledge and thank Warwick Lee for his fantastic effort and professionalism shown during my recent purchase. Four months ago I purchased a beautiful car from Warwick, which unfortunately had some mechanical issues. Warwick's immediate responses to my calls for help were outstanding and efficient and ensured that I immediately had the use of loan vehicles, delivered to me and at no cost. When Barton's acknowledged that there was no simple fix to my new car, the management immediately started to source a similar car for me, found one slightly more expensive, and prepared this car to the same condition as my initial purchase (tinting, tyre's etc) and replaced this for me at no charge. Overall an absolutely magnificent experience from Warwick and Bartons and I will never deal with anyone else in the future
