I'm very disappointed with the Debt Collection Service. It has been over 1 year with no result. I have to personally keep following up and if i knew this I would probably not pay for this service. The person who is in debt is still free out there enjoying other people's hard earned money. We have his ID so I hope this review will put pressure on you to make further progress. Happy to update the review if i can hear a progress. Thanks.

Was introduced by my property manager due vandalised property by tenants and three month rent arrears, was told they are very professional and effective on tracing previous tenants are recovering debts. Total lost was 11000 back then, I have provided tenant's contact number, email, rego, centrelink reference number about 6-7 years ago, still waiting on some exciting news. They don't charge you big money, but, it's a monkey and peanuts theory. I don't mind paying 66 a year for this, not recommended if 66/yearly matters to you. Landlord insurance on the other hand paid over 90% of the lost.
