Any person contemplating using Worldwide Distribution Services is in for a rude shock. They have NO customer service skills and are nothing short of rude and ignorant. Moshe Ezekiel, the only contact on the website, is the worst of the staff and it explains why other staff members have the same rude attitude. The I don't care attitude is nothing short of appalling and the language used by Moshe Ezekiel left a lot to be desired. Not only that, he has no concept of the COVID distancing rules and does not hesitate to put his face within a metre of the customer "to put his point across" by using his vile language. Steer clear of this mob and if you are considering using them as a distribution outlet - warn your customers that they will not have an inviting helpful experience from the staff. STEER CLEAR.
