We order Bush fire Smoke Mask, online and we recieved them the next day.. Great website displays accurate stock levels .. and great customer Service.. we were amazed everyone else had sold out.. but WorkSafeGEAR you are gold... well done. and thank you for donating to the bush fire appeal in our town.
They took our mo ey in March and till now nothing delivered, they have the worst costumer service and they are not helpful at all, we paid throughout pandemic 250 dollars for masks they didn't provide . They are frauds who use the need of human being and misuse their power , they should close for dishonesty and manipulation, in hope Quuensland costumer rights will take a look at this suspicious marketplace.

I ordered a half face respirator several days ago...money is deducted from my account, invoice is sent, but I did not receive any information regarding when the product will be sent. I tried to enquire customer support to see if the product is in stock, but nope, I waited for 4 days, no response. edit: it has been already been 1 month and there is no news from them. Tried to request for a refund and support team simply ignored my request.
Accessible store. Found all the safety equipment at one place which is very convenient.
i bought roof handles from store and it made my job a lot safer and easier, easy to install and use .
Stock & delivery was OK, but they price gouge during this virus scare. Bought a 6100 respirator the night before the Govt announcement on corona and it was 34, then after the govt announcement and 24 hours later it had jumped to 89! Same with the filters from 20 to 34. Checked with 3M and they said their prices had not risen and that it was well above RRP.
