Received a rather rude letter from these people saying my workers comp expired for 5 months. Threatened I would get fined and go to court if I didn't complete the form bombarding me with questions how many employees, how much paid between this and that date. Silly me filled out the form sent it back and next thing you know I cop a fine based purely on what I told them. I wish I hadnt' filled out their form. My advice is if you get 1 of these letters than get legal advice.
