I don't think I've had a customer service person speak to me as rudely as I was just spoken to. Slowly repeating the same information over and over in a very condescending tone like I'm an idiot. I ordered our items over 2 weeks ago and this is the first time I've phoned for an ETA. Couldn't even give me an ETA. I politely asked if there was someone else like a manager I could speak to but was told no. Clearly customer service is not valued by this company.
