Ask NAE to check out a woofer, upon pick up i asked for the part number for the faulty product as promised over the phone, owner became extremely rude and aggressive. Tried to tell me I was essentially lying about the phone call and to 'go!'. Would not recommend to anyone. Guessing they're only still in business due to no competition in darwin. Terrible experience, would never go back... reply to owner: care to elaborate how its one sided bud? In what way was i rude or aggressive?or is that what you mean by one sided? Should be receiving an apology if anything...

Took my TV for repair.. Considering it was only 2 years old and big size never wanted to throw away and buy a new one.. got fixed in 2 days .. one of the part has to be replaced with a new one and I was charged 500 for part and labor.. called Sony and they directed to the spare part dealer who advised the price of the part is around 150 .. means I got charged nearly 350 for labor... I was told by New age that it will cost 500 if I need to fix and it was up to me to decide whether I should go with them or not.. No complaints on the service but feels like labor cost is really high... Also note for the new customers, repair guarantee is for 90 days Response to Shop Owners reply below: Yea you are rite.. A car mechanic charges almost equal or more and that is understandable as the car can cost anywhere between 20k to 100k , so better to repair than scrap it.. where as A TV worth 1200 and an hourly labor charge of 150 to fix it, isn’t it a little expensive ... ?? again no offense but I have to share my view point ...
