Location is alright. There is a bus stop that’s just across the street where you can get to the city ( bus 61/174/175). 10-15 mins walk to the closest Cole’s. But right next to the hotel there’s a gas station convenience store. Hotel surrounding environment is peaceful and quiet. There’s a cafe right downstairs and another one across the street. They closes early though. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it’s quite spacious. The only downside is it’s not very clean. For cleanliness I will give 3 out of 5. The roof is good. There is fairly spacious open area where you can relax and see beautiful sunset view. Got bench and grassland there where you can sit and relax. Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

Just finished staying at the Quest Woolloongabba. I was pleasantly surprised (after having done weeks at the Meriton on Herschel and short stint at the Oaks - this was my preferred of the 3 in central Brisbane). It has all that is required. Very very clean apartment which is important to me. Only negatives are that although very clean, the dining chairs had stains and 2 of the chair legs were bent... not great, but other things allowed me to overlook. I like the supply of needed charges and lamp at the desk. Internet worked great (refreshing for a hotel!), kitchen equipped and daily services were excellent. More impressive than the Meriton which is suppose to 5 star - it isn't! I can happily recommend this place.

Terrible air-conditioning room was very hot and stuffy, could not open windows as it cut off the aircon units, we were moved due to aircon not working unfortunately other room was not much better. I suggest they invest in units better equipped for Brisbane climate.

Management and operation - 1 star Facilities, air-con, tv, dirty furniture - the chair in loung room appeared to have been vomited on and maybe scrubbed clean but still a massive stain on it. - 1 star Staff - friendly and helpful for what they have to work with, when they found out air air con didn't work they moved us into another room, the aircon worked but it was so noisy and kept cutting out to we got a horrid night sleep. Whomever is in charge of this place needs to invest in some better maintenance as we stayed in 2 rooms overall and the a/c either didn't work, or didn't work properly.

Comfortable apartment. Including washer and dryer. Serviced everyday including replacement of washing and dishwasher liquid as needed. Reception staff are always helpful. Close to several coffee shops and restaurants and fairly easy walk to the river south bank. Nice change from staying in a hotel

They threatened us at 10pm for complaints about noise. We were talking quietly in out room and the manager was very rude.
