The receptionist here at Consultant Paediatrician was absolutely unhelpful & rude. I had called to urgently locate my son's Urology Surgeon who used to be in the same building. Her mannerism was disgusting and didn't have a care in the world. How is it that someone with this kind of abrupt attitude is employed by a professional PAEDIATRIC institute? Baffled.

I found Dr. Brown exceptional. Our experiences with my son has been calm Dr. Brown was gentle and kind. He listened to all my concerns and is taking his time to find the best way to help my son Nick. We are always welcomed with a smile the reception staff there are brilliant we feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Brown actually cares. He comes highly recommended by many specialist from different professions with regards to special needs children. I highly recommend Dr. Brown. I know with the right support we are going to help Nicholas manage and reach his potential. This in itself is a big relief as it can be challenging, knowing we have the right support makes life more manageable and easier. Very impressed at his level of expertise!
