You guys really need to make a better effort of meeting the needs of people living with disabilities. Trying to force them to put up with Jobseeker and then pulling the rug out from underneath their feet is wrong. I understand that this is an issue that is coming from the top down, but it really needs to be fixed because it's a poor mentality.
Always fast, friendly and helpful. I almost never have to wait at this Centrelink, even during peak times and the staff and security are lovely.
The quality of assistance really depends on which staff member you get. Today's long-awaited appointment regarding my son turning 16 and my claim for Carers Payment was a terrible experience. The staff member was unsympathetic and dismissive and borderline aggressive in the way she controlled the conversation and flow of information. This is inappropriate behaviour as many Centrelink clients genuinely need advice, support and information and staff personal attitudes and biases should be put to the side. These appointments can be very stressful to start with and individual staff members should be monitored to ensure appropriate response and manner. Having said this, I saw a staff member several months back who was the exact opposite.
Absolutely amazing staff who went above and beyond; some of the best service I've received anywhere. They made a difficult time so much easier.

First time visiting Centrelink with my 18y/o checking he eligibility for her youth allowance. The staff are very helpful, knowledegable and made us feel comfortable.
