Wonderful service as usual at Bon Trading today. Such an iconic institution for we Atomic lovers. Just a rare small self caused problem, quickly remedied with reassurance that if we don't do anything silly, we can look forward to many more years of wonderful coffee from our beloved 40 year old Atomic marvel.

Visited Bon Trading to get some replacement seals for a stove top espresso pot. Irene was very friendly and helpful - even though they didn’t sell this particular brand she found some replacement seals. She also sold me some delicious smelling coffee beans! This place is a Sydney institution - with good old fashioned friendly service. If you visit you’ll probably end up ordering an atomic espresso machine - they are amazing.
There is eccentric and then there is rude. The lady "assisting" me today was either having a very bad day or is more permanently grumpy. Unprofessional in any case. Sorry to leave a bad review for a shop that stocks very cool products. Ultimately it was Coffee Parts in Pagewood who helped me with my Bialetti.

Since placing and paying for my order BTC14013 on 3 November 2020 I have heard nothing since. I have tried to call several times but there is never an answer. I have emailed and not had a response. On visiting the store I met an older lady who was nice but obviously disorganised. The products are great but I would suggest a personal visit for your needs as the internet age has not quite reached this store.
