We waited quite a while to be served when they were not even busy and then very rudely spoken to by the staff leaving us feeling quite shocked. We will never go here ever again as this is very bad customer service. If we could have left zero star we would have!! IN RESPONSE The tall older lady with white hair was the rude person and it was a place in wonthaggi called upbeet, pretty sure there is only one in that town that we visited. This person obviously needs some training in customer service and how to be polite to customers and serve in a timely manner as it was extremely appalling and we go to many many cafes in country towns and have never had this experience before.
Yummy healthy food at reasonable prices, supplied by lovely caring staff.
