Irresponsible management, the reception is very rude and unprofessional. I DON'T KNOW is the answer. Happy to get pay, but not willing to halp tenants. Working in the community housing, but no passionate and empathy for people. PLS THINK ABOUT YOUR DUTY OF CARE for the tenants!
