The ladies at this clinic are amazing. The are so friendly and easy to talk to. They don’t rush and really spend their time on you. They are very helpful and explain everything in detail. I walk out of this clinic feeling amazing every time.

This is actually a very good clinic. The staff is very friendly and try to make you as comfortable as you can. They take the time to do their work effectively and efficiently. I am doing laser sessions and I started seeing results from the first time. But again that depends on skin and hair type. But overall I am having a very good experience with results clinic. I am willing to try skin treatments too. Keep it up ️

Always a hassle free and friendly service. I have been attending for about 5 years and had many areas lasered without ever having a problem. Reasonably priced and always running on time when I attend (always an evening appointment). I will happily recommend.

As my first láser experience, I started with my underarms. The ladies are always kind and offer a great service. The results are amazing. I have now started the Brazilian and after my second session, I am very happy with the treatment.

Appalling customer service. Absurd policy regarding expiry dates for treatments that you have already paid for. Management - Paulina and Sev - puts money before ahead of professional customer care - terrible followup and poor handling of customer complaints. I wish I could rate this a minus one star rating but one star was the minimum. Don't go here. Management is no longer the same. They do not value long standing customers who have paid thousands of dollars over the years.

I went in to see the ladies at Results Laser Clinic Wollongong and was told that my severe acne could be repaired and healed by doing some Chemical Skin Peels and some LED light therapy. My Acne did not improve AT ALL and on my last visit which the Therapist incorrectly gave me a Peel instead of a Microdermabrasion treatment, they tried to charge me for the Peel even though it wasn't my fault. The Manager took a look at my skin and told me I needed another 8 LED light therapy treatments and some more Chemical Skin Peels to start to see a difference. That is just upselling and banking on the fact that I was a desperate Acne sufferer who simply wanted help to clear it up. I was very disappointed with my last visit and had to walk away not even getting the final part of my Pre-paid package which was a Microdermabrasion treatment and Non-surgical Eye lift which I paid for but because of the Therapists error, they swapped the Peel for the Micro. I unfortunately had very high hopes and was very disappointed and share this with people.
