Awesome service. I took a couple of large cotton bed covers last week, one had a bad stain I thought would be hard to remove, but the lady soaked it before washing and drying, and I am so happy as the stain is removed and the cover is beautiful. The pricing is reasonable. Nice and helpful staff. I’ll definitely go back. Also the turn around time was fast. Very happy.

First of all, they claim their webite information is out of date and the in store price is double the amount. The staff is quite rude and inpatient.
I enjoyed dropping of my load of washing this morning but the cost could have been a little bit less im picking it up tomorrow lunch time. A little bit to pricey though for a load 52
I have had dry cleaning done by this business previously and had an okay experience, but recently I tried to organise their pick up and delivery service and they were SO rude and unhelpful over the phone! (the woman who answered the phone was Debbie). it made me feel a bit uncomfortable as she sounded uninterested in answering my enquiry so I quickly hung up and decided to do my dry cleaning elsewhere. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I was really shocked by their phone manners.
Extremely rude, unapologetic and unhelpful! Terrible customer service here. Lady on reception had no sense of urgency at all. All she was concerned about was having less work to do for the day! When asking when I needed it by and me saying Sunday so as not to rush anyone unnecessarily she then tried to make me have it picked up Saturday with a 30% surcharge applied! I then asked how busy they were today and when asking another worker she said they could do it today. Lady takes down my name and number and then looks at her watch and says "oh sorry, it's after 10:00am now so the surcharge still applies." When saying to her that she should have told me that in the first instance, no apology at all from her only an excuse to say "she'd been run off her feet for the last 3 hours." This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. If you are the owner and reading your reviews. You should get new staff that present your business positively. She is TERRIBLE! (N)
Worst laundry I have ever been!! First, the woman that received us was literally not professional, disrespectful. They talked to us badly. I would say that if you do not have the ability to receive correctly your clients, you should change of profession!! By the way, in term of money, no problem for taking our cash!! 18dollars just to wash and dry some clothes. I would not recommend to go there!!
Very prompt and professional reliable local business. Services are cheaper than most in the Wollongong area and they are available all week. The only downside is the ability to park freely nearby is scarce and you are often having to pay for parking off the Market Street
