Catholic Education must provide intensive training to Nazareth Shellharbour City Centre school staff including principal as can’t supervise the team. Their costumer service is 0 from 100. Not responsive at all and even after several attempt they just verbally acknowledged received our application. After a year follow up they didn’t have any records of our application, then we emailed again and same experience” no acknowledgment of received” in year 2 finally they called to schedule an interview however even staff couldn’t organise that properly. Changed 3 times and last scheduled was after starting school, which shows how unorganised they are.
