Price given was "base price" which was advised after we returned the van, we paid and have continually requested they demostrate at what point the extra fees were highlighted, they have still not communicated in anyway. Original price 110, final price 165. Staff had minimal producg knowledge also.

I would highly recommend Budget Wollongong for your truck hire needs. I needed a truck to move stuff to the Gold Coast and Peter and Chloe went out of their way to assist me. They clearly went through all of the pricing and my final account was exactly as they said it would be. The vehicle I received was near new (only 47,000k's) and drove like a dream. Thanks Budget Wollongong for making this long trip such a pleasant one.
Friendly service, however I ordered a manual small car but when I arrived was told they didn't have a small car so they had to give me an SUV type vehicle (though they still only charged the small car price). When I got in and saw it was an auto I was not happy, as I specifically booked a manual. When I mentioned it later he told me they didn't really have manual cars anymore because people don't drive them much. Had I known this at the time of booking I would've looked elsewhere. Other than those issues they were friendly and easy to deal with. I think the online booking process is the real issue as I should've been informed then that a manual would not have been available.
