All Residential Real Estate managed the lease of our property for several years and Perry Beebe then managed the sale when we were ready to consolidate our financial resources. He made very good recommendations regarding how we should prepare our property for sale after 13 years of tenancy in order to maximise potential for a sale without overcapitalising. The quality of the online advertising attracted many potential buyers, and Perry held multiple inspections, even over the holiday period when most real estate agents took time off. He remained positive and optimistic throughout the selling period, which seemed a lengthy period for us as impatient vendors, but which was, in fact, less than the average time for the sale of properties similar to ours. He went the extra mile in ensuring our property always looked its best, enlisting family members to mow the lawn over the holiday period when no-one else was available, and even offering to obtain some soil for us from the area where a beloved pet was buried as were we living some distance away throughout the sale. Perry negotiated hard on our behalf but also maintained good relationships with our buyers. As we were simultaneously looking to buy in another part of NSW, it was interesting to compare Perry’s way of operating with other real estate agents with whom we came in contact. Perry’s professionalism and responsiveness was far superior to what we experienced with other agents. . We would strongly recommend Perry Beebe and All ResidentIl Real Estate for lease management and sale of residential properties.

Tahney was so nice and helpful while purchasing my property. She kept me updated the whole time through the process and as a buyer I felt respected and supported in the process. Perry was also involved along the way and when I completed my final inspection he was happily sweeping out the balcony and garage for me which was so nice. ARRE are great to work with.

I was referred by my friend to All Residential Real Estate and I would definitely recommend it to my friends for property management in Illawarra area. The most impressive result is , my property was not only rented with a fair price that I am happy with but was rented so quickly. It was secured two days after the property was available on 31th of Dec 2020, and tenanted a week later and with my preferred tenant (which I chose from two applicants). As we know the tough rental market, especially for unit, the vacant rate is high and rental price has been dropping, I am surprised after switch to All Residential, their market strategies , knowledge and skills, my unit was rented out amazing so quick and with a good price while at the same time, I can see similar properties are still on the market for weeks. This great outcome comes with reasons. I believe it’s to do with All Residential's high level of experiences and skills in the area. Their Online Inspection Booking System, and their excellent customer service, which had made a client like me "experience maximum returns with minimum stress". Every catch-up, phone calls or emails with each one of them have been enjoyable and my issues/requests were solved to my best interests and would benefit the future tenants too. We've recently switched to ARRE. The previous agencies cost us a lot of money due to their poor management skills and as a result our investment property was vacant for 7 weeks despite of the great location. However when we switched to ARRE and Nadia became our property manager, I then realised how professional and attentive she is. She's gone above and beyond our expectations and after the tenants moved out, she leased our property with more rent than what it was before. In one word, she is EXCELLENT. I know now why ARRE is top rated and this is how we found them on Google in the first place.

Spoke with assistant Sam Willets. Gave absolute incorrect information and lied through his teeth. Guaranteed property would not be leased prior to inspection, and SURPRISE it was. he advised it's actually illegal to do so, so according to hi, they have acted illegally. He is rude, non-chalant and no customer service skills at all. This company needs to retrain their staff and fire the ones that give mis-information to such a high degree.
