Great service phoned up to obtain my final occupation certificate for my new home , They gave me the quote for the inspection and certificate a few days later inspection was done and certificate was granted. Can't fault Steve and his team at ABC. Thanks again Julie Keenan.

Avoid this company!!!! But good luck if you are unfortunate enough to deal with them like I was. Customer service is non existent. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve left my name and number to the admin staff and your call never gets returned. The certifiers seem to not be able to take calls when they are out of the office yet they seem to never return to the office either. Emails are the same story, send a reply and get nothing back. What’s worse is when you actually get a certifier out to your property, there’s no consistency. I had two different certifiers say completely different things and the response when asked was “I can’t comment on what the other certifier told you”. Then the certifiers never actually know an answer to a question and always have to “check” at which point you never get an answer back anyway. Save yourself grief and just avoid them.
