Stayed at the Airbnb, really in love with this cottage! Small but quite functional! Good for a family trip! Hope it doesn’t make so much squeezy sounds tho

The lady owner was absolutely fantastic, had some great stories, really gave my wife and me, a very happy feeling. Made my day visiting this exstoridinary place. The wine was superb as well.

Our best experience staying in the Hunter Valley in many years, the level of service was outstanding including the entire Wine selection, where as the other more commercial type branded vineyards over the years have lost that special feeling you would normally experience. Above all i would definitely recommend you visit Wollombi Wines and consider the accommodation if you are looking for that all over country experience with the Vineyard as your own personal backyard, Thank you to Sylvana & David we will definitely visit again.

Worst winery I've ever been to, and I work in the industry. To begin with, when I asked for a spit bucket because I was driving, I was "informed" that it was rude and unhygienic. I tried to make light of it by saying as soon as I gained 50 pounds I'd be less likely to spit while driving. But ok...Then I asked where they get their grapes from, and he said "right behind you" in the most duh, condescending tone possible. Um no not duh, plenty of places get their grapes from outside of their estate and/or region. Really all of our questions were answered in a short, condescending manner. My boyfriend and I both work in a winery! Please forgive me for being curious about your wine But still ok....The wines themselves had no nose and weren't terribly exciting, not to mention they were served extremely cold. I told him that I wasn't interested in buying anything at this time, but thank you for the tasting, to which he replied, "I didn't expect you to. Americans and Indians are all freeloaders." WHATT???? Just going to go full racist mode because people don't like your attitude or your wine? And why even bring Indians into it? No. Just no. Improve your whole tasting experience by skipping this place.

Wines are not great. They were all served cold and most are off-dry. The server insulted us when we said we weren't interested in buying any of it, and was extremely rude to my girlfriend. Just skip this place.
