Bought a house 2years back from this builder. Mr. R D is very irresponsible when it comes to solve the issue we had with water leaking from roof. They fixed it and it stated again today from the same place. My husband texted him called him but no reply. Do not buy anything from this builder

I just want to share my personal experience with this builder to make our community aware. Bought a house with pollozhani homes 3 and half year ago but driveway start to pop out from last year we complained about it to them once. Again after trying to contact so many times but got no response from them but one day finally they said that’s not their fault so they are not going to fix it . Just want to say them ignoring costumer’s complain is not a solution and stop saying your house got 7 years warranty. At the moment there is 110mm gaps between driveway and footpath which is becoming big hazard. Now I am trying to fix with others and getting quotes from other builder and Concreator. They are laughing at their quality and dodgy driveway they have done. Roof gutter is not properly fix so water is always there in one corner of house when raining, water overflow from that corner. This problem as well they not responding to fix. If anyone want to see photo of my driveway I am happy to sent you.
Friendly and approachable team. Simple explanations for the build and their consultants were always available to provide helpful advice. Their focus on repeatable and quality builds for family homes is amazing!
