A beautiful array of gems, precious and otherwise. The gentleman who owns/runs the store is lovely and attentive. He has quite a knowledge of gems, and collects them from far and wide. Worth a visit for gem, and jewelry lovers alike.
Expensive but high-quality and beautiful opals. Wide assortment. Attentive and qualified seller, who knows everything about opals and is engaged in faceting opals himself. You can ask for a discount if buying 3-4 opals, including solid ones. Opals in silver and gold.
Visiting Denys' shop was a great experience. He specialises in opals but is also an avid horologist, apiarist and gemologist. If you are looking for a gemstone, honey, or your watch or clock repaired.. then he's your man.
Great variety of different gems at different prices. The man who runs the shop actually makes the jewellery and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Products are unique and authentic and I came home with some zebra stone which is found only in Australia. Thanks!
Specialising in opal, the owner/cutter well knows his product, including their source. A good range of average to high quality solid and doublets, matrix, boulder, white, black, etc. I've looked in many opal shops, and it's one of the few places a man can get a pendant that's not set in silver or gold. As always seems to be the case though, the best stones seems destined for a setting. He also repairs old clocks
