This store frustrates me to no end. I have been here a number of times and everytime I have needed help there is not a staff member to be found. Today was no different when I was walking around the store and could not find a staff member anywhere. Four staff members though were standing behind registers having a good old chat. The staff member that served me was borderline passive aggressive and clearly did not want to be there. Great shopping experience. At least what I was looking for they had in stock for a change.

Disappointed at Wodonga Service in Store. Two Staff at Registers and Two observed in the Store Area. Ask for assistance and response was not very interested. Understanding we are undergoing World change at present but at least they have employment for now. Not the usual atmosphere. Went to Albury and did receive some enthusiasm.

Prices and service is ok, printing could be improved in terms of colours on paper vs computer. Knowledge of some printing staff could definitely be expanded.

The variety of things in office works is outstanding and we have just brought all our requirements for this years school without any hassle. Betty was so friendly and very professional and she was able to help us with any questions. Her customer service from the moment we walked in until we paid was excellent. A great experience
