I was having difficulty getting the pair of handguns that my wife wanted. The guys did try to get some but no luck (no fault of theirs) and I found another brand that was available. I got a quote from another gunshop and then rang Impact because I wanted to deal with them. They took offence to me getting another quote and said "they didn't want to to get stuffed around for no return". They didn't even want to make one phone call to get price. I am sorry to inconvenience them and when I get my own pair of handguns I will not bother them with my enquiry.
