Installed aircon recommended by AE Solutions was told it was the perfect size for the room. It didn't cool the room! They refused to replace unit offered to buy unit back leaving me out of pocket 400 for the labour to install an aircon that was too small. Any aircon tech should be able to recommend the correct size unit for a room. basic stuff.. Will never have my Business again. Update have been asked by AE to update my review. Yes they are correct my out of pocket was 275 after numerous phone calls from my property manager and my self! Can I now point out AE solutions that if a company is too incompetent to recommend the correct unit for a tiny bedroom when they are supposedly an Aircon company it is not a good look . Then It installs the said air-conditioning unit which was totally insufficient!!! I expect a full refund for all work conducted. Not a partial refund!!!!! And the only way I can get somemsome back is basically being held to ransom to install the split system that should of been installed in the first place. You will never have my recommendation too anybody .Any reputable business would have been embarrassed and strived to correct you my friend could not of cared less. And failed to put things right.
