Very poor quality machines. Very bad business support. These guys will sell you machines and dump you. Owners had ties with a VIC business that went bust after ripping off lots of people. Mega Vend. Stay away
Horrifying customer service. Terrible machines, always breaking down and there's never spare parts on hand. Our staff are constantly losing money in their machines. The rare times that someone could get something out of the machine, it's either a terribly warm drink, melted chocolate or stale chips. STAY AWAY from this crowd and take your money elsewhere. These guys bring shame upon good Aussie businesses.
DO NOT BUY, OR STOCK, THEIR MACHINES. Truly low quality machines, bad service & awful management. Will never deal with these crooks again. I would've given them a zero rating if I could.
I would regard this company as the Premier Vending Company in Australia. Great products and Fantastic service. Benleigh is a credit to the industry.
