Initially very good but my last experience was not the best...waited 5 months for my latest curtains and blinds...no contact during that time to explain the delay and no recompense or apology. I have spent a considerable amount of money there and feel very sad about being treated this way.

I walked into this store as a typical bloke-i had no idea what I needed in terms of results but I wanted the cold, freezing door at home “curtained” off. A few days later my partner came home with possibly the best bloody result ever after picking it up from the store. I can’t describe the double thickness awesomeness to the curtain we got with all the hanging bits that were needed as extra supplies included!! but I/we were very happy. It’s great to receive the same customer service we like to give our clients. Highly recommend. 10/10
