Generally good communication; you do need to triple-check everything they send you, as bookings aren't changeable/transferable/refundable. Found them a little more expensive for fares, then the admin fee on top - so if I don't need to Humm the flights next time I'll likely book direct with the airline. Despite a hiccup with their system booking the wrong class flight by accident, the Travlr team eventually sorted this out with the airline. I was able to pay by Humm in interest free installments for my business class one way fare Europe to Australia which was pretty convenient.

Very high priced flights. The mix and match does not work too well for same airlines. If you choose an airline for one way and then the same airline for return is very high priced almost double the one-way.
