Fantastic intelligent, goal orientated programming and supportive, caring coaching. You’ll work hard but towards your goals. If that’s more important to you than having the latest equipment and entertainment then you’ll love this place.

I first came to praxis almost 3 years ago and I thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of strength training, some higher intensity classes and lastly mobility. The classes are all very wholistic in that we first prime the muscles we will be using, build up to working sets, and finish off with mobility/recovery work. The coaches all have their own “superpower” and have so much to teach. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the educational aspect of this gym. I believe the more we understand our body and mind, the better we can understand ourselves. This gym has helped me understand a lot.

Praxis athletic is a sick gym that has some of the most excellent coaches. Would 110% recommend- the programming is super fun and interesting and the members are all such legends. Great community and good vibes always!! Never a bad sesh at praxis athletic :)

Paris Dan and Oscar have incredible knowledge, this gym is like batch brew CrossFit, the classes are small and focused so you get a lot out of them!
