Dealing with the service department here is akin to pulling teeth. Came here in September of last year because of a break system failure warning light that flashed and beeped near constantly. Replaced the brake fluid cap as diagnosed yet the issue persisted. Later on my mirror controls stopped working and then my rear right indicator and break light stopped working as well. The diagnosis was that the rear brake light harness was damaged and causing all listed issues. Rear harness was replaced after two months of the car sitting at my parents as it was practically undrivable. This however did not fix the mirror nor the break system failure warning. I was told the mirror part would be ordered in and I would be contacted about a booking. After two weeks of no contact I called them and was told I’d have to wait another 6 weeks at least for the issue to be fixed, and to diagnose the break system failure light. Suffice to say I’m going somewhere else and I would highly recommend anyone considering buying or servicing a car here to do yourself a favour and go somewhere else and avoid the mental stress and hardship. I don’t want a call from metro Renault as I’m am well aware they lack the necessary time management and repair skills to give me an appropriate resolution. I would consider driving into a wall over taking my car to this dealership for service ever again.

After years of renting a van for work, it was finally time to purchase our own. Immediately upon meeting Philip at Metro Renault - Windsor, we knew this wasn't your classic hard salesman; completely down to Earth, realistic and super patient, Phil was only a text or phone call away during every step of the purchasing process, even when the financing part dragged on quite a bit over the end of year period. The after sales support has also been excellent, with Phil organising servicing, some additional accessory installations, and just generally keeping in touch with us. The vehicle itself - a LWB Renault Master - has been amazing, even with a few pleasant surprises we didn't expect (eg the excellent Android Auto integration). We've already clocked almost 4000kms after 2 weeks and we look forward to many more. Once again we must sing our praises for the team at Metro Renault for making the whole process as painless as possible. 100 stars!

My first experience with bringing my car here to get it fixed and it ended up being such a positive one compared to the other Renault on the Southside, the customer service at Metro Renault was great! very friendly and professional I actually felt like a valued customer unfortunately I could not say the say same about Cricks Renault

The team at Metro Renault (especially Alex) know how to connect with the customer to help them with the right car and the best deals around for Renault cars. Will never contact these mob again! We booked a test drive. We were made to wait for 30 min just to be told the car was already sold. They then called back to say it was not actually sold. Booked another test drive. Received an SMS 30 min before saying it's in fact sold. What the ....?
