Full disclosure, we are regulars at Biviano’s Windsor. It is best full service restaurant at Windsor, so we go here when we are after a nice hearty meal and can’t be bothered driving too far. Service is always with a smile and the wait staff are very accommodating. I can recommend the zucchini flowers, bruschetta, the pasta with scampi any of the veal dishes. The chat potatoes that accompany the veal dishes are truly excellent, and I really look forward to them. We don’t always have dessert as we can’t normally fit it in, but on this occasion we enjoyed the Tiramisu. It’s not the best I’ve had as it is a bit lacking in punch (coffee and alcohol), but it’s not bad either.

We were in the area for the night and thought we'd grab some Italian for dinner. Expectations were exceeded! Amazing food from a wide ranging menu. Best Porchetta ever! Friendly staff made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Thanks guys.

First time going since new management taken over. Food, staff and service were ok. Not bad, but not awesome either. Decor needs a bit more TLC if to be considered a ‘fine dining’ experience. 16 Creme Brûlée was served in a plain tea cup and saucer. Bit tacky.

Delicious food with friendly service coupled with seasonal menus to suit a range of tastes - whilst still specializing in Italian Seafood themes. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience & is located inside one of the many historic early-1800s Heritage buildings in the district. It's a pleasure to recommend Bivianos Italian Restaurant at Windsor and each of the dishes that we sampled was expertly prepared and presented. Several other diners were clearly regulars celebrating special events or catching up with friends over dinner. The prices are surprisingly modest and the staff were happy to offer suggestions on popular dishes. Located in Baker street, Bivianos at Windsor is easy to find with street parking available directly in front of the restaurant (or in any of the nearby streets). We've since recommended Bivianos to numerous close friends and we are ourselves returning again to sample more of the menu.

Reasonable food - very average service. Finished our meals. Finished our wine. Waited half an hour to se a desert menu. Nothing arrived paid the Bill got the car only to see five staff menses in the car park having their cigs. Obviously more important than serving your customers. Went across the road to another restaurant and ordered port and dessert. PS - an Italian restaurant who can’t make me a Negroni - give me a break. My suggestion stick with local pizza guys - Domjnos.
