Everything from our very first conversation with Melissa in-store, to the site visit, the actual making of the curtains (the pattern matching done is astounding!) through to the installation was an example of customer service excellence. If you're looking for someone to not only make your curtains for you but also discuss fabrics, hardware types and installation (the installation at our home was done in very difficult circumstances and done to perfection) then Window Workshop is THE place to visit - a true one-stop shop. We were quoted 6 weeks to have the whole job completed (even with COVID still playing havoc with supply chains), and yet they came in a couple of weeks ahead of schedule - truly impressive. Cost was more than reasonable too. All things considered, we were very fortunate to have picked this company for the works we wanted undertaken - if only every business was this good!
