Cannot recommend Windfall enough! I’ve been wanting to write a positive review for Windfall for such a long time now but thought I’d wait until my ring was finished so I could add photos! These women are the absolute best!! I’ve always had a clear image in my head of the style of ring and colour of stone that I wanted and had such high expectations that I had convinced myself that I would never be able to get the ring I wanted. I knew that I didn’t want a factory made bog standard ring so after searching high and low for independent jewellers with amazing reviews I found Windfall. Lani, Sarah and Gemma were fantastic from the very start! They helped me pick out the perfect stone, setting and gold all within my budget and were so patient and helpful when I was undecided on style and wanted to see all the options again. The whole team is so friendly and really listens to what you want rather than pushing a style or design onto you like I have found with some other jewellers. We were able to pay the ring off in instalments whenever suited us too which was a bonus! Yes the ring takes a while to make but it is so so worth it for a beautiful, ethical, one of a kind ring. I couldn’t be happier with the look, price and quality of my engagement ring ️ Thank you Windfall! ️️️️️

I fangirl over the Windfall ladies so hard. I was obsessed with their work and followed them on Instagram for so long, then lucky me - my man proposed with my very own windfall ring. It is everything I could’ve wanted and more. My fiancé said the windfall girls (specifically Gemma and Sarah) were so wonderful throughout all their communication with him and made the process so easy. We will definitely get our wedding bands from windfall when the time comes! I also recently purchased a necklace from their ready to ship range and got to experience their loveliness and wonderful customer service for myself (thanks Emma!). They express posted my necklace on the same day I bought it so it would get to me in time for my birthday. Thank you so much ladies ️ you rock
