My partner and I came in as we won a Facebook competition and the food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !! Finally a chef who can cook a great steak! Service was spectacular, Terry (as always) was so friendly and accomodating. The two bistro staff were also super lovely and Iggy makes the best cocktails!! Love love love coming to the windy! Thanks so much guys ️

We held our Aunty's funeral Wake at Windaroo Tavern as it was her (and our late mothers) favorite venue for our catchups over the past decade or so. The food was perfect as always, even considering no more salad bar due to Covid restrictions. We love the atmosphere here as it is always comfortable and relaxed and the staff are all lovely. They allowed us to do a Tab for our table which allowed for the entire bill to be paid in one go at the end :) Definitely recommend.
Lovely lunch with family. Great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Great kid's play area.
Best meals /variety/ value for money we have had in a long time. 1st time there for me, rest of the family (14) have been before. Big meals. Kids play areas kept them entertained. Smaller venue so we weren't crammed in with other patrons. Clean and tidy venue. Will return.
Christmas Buffet... spectacular! Delicious spread... enjoyed seafood and desserts.. thank you Windaroo. And thank you to Santa for looking after us... we were lucky!
Been here before and it was brilliant.... tonight was whole different story.... waiting 45 min and after see other after me served asked the waiter if he could check on my meal ... waited another 15 min and asked the waiter again ... his comment “ it’s not my problem I’m not in control “ ..... the waitress came to the table and apologized..... I got up and asked for a refund .... as I’m getting it they finally decided to bring my meal ... I declined it ... took the money and left .... only wanted 1 meal and all I got was a rude waiter and a long wait ! .... need to find somewhere else to eat now
Pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of dishes on the menu. So much choice. And no one in our party wss disappointed with their meals. Good portions, well cooked and nicely presented. Good family venue. Outdoor playground and indoor playroom. Very friendly staff. We would definitely go back.
