WIM Blinds and Shades were excellent and professional. Wayne is patient and listened to my requirements throughout the process, he would then provide advice with options explaining any pros and cons. He was also meticilous showing me the selection of materials/ colours and provided a detailed quote and I knew what I was receiving. My situation was tricky in that I wanted to blockout as much sunlight as possible on a corner window with rollers. I am extremely happy with his advice and he made it work. The product has also blocked out a noticeable amount of heat compared to my previous blinds that came with the house. I will recommend WIM Blinds and Shades to anyone and will be returning when I need to replace other blinds in the future.
